New 107° Submarine Shore Power Plug
A rugged polyurethane boot eliminates the cracking experienced with neoprene fabricated plugs. The plug's unique new design features the following:
- The increased angle reduces connection stress which causes
cracking in old designs. - Manufactured with rugged polyurethane casting material.
- Solid busbars through the 107° angle.
- The new contact design provides a constant retention force.
- The easily replaceable multilam contact bands eliminate plug replacement.

Solid contacts, (right), reinforce the angled section of the submarine shore power plug, eliminating cracking of the plug insulation. Cracking or neoprene insulation can result in electrical failure.
Multilam contacts, (below), provide constant contact retention force, high current carry capacity and are easily replaced, eliminating the need to replace the plug whenever contacts become worn.
