In-Line Connectors
A rugged, weatherproof splice in power cables can now be safely and easily made with General Marine Products, Inc. in-line connectors. They are rated for 500 volts, 500 amps, and 60 Hertz power. This unique product is designed to meet or exceed all military and commercial requirements for exposure to sand and dust, salt spray, humidity, ozone, temperature, vibration, mechanical shock, abrasion and chemical corrosion. In addition, the connector's field-proven design features the following:
- Mechanical keying and color coding to eliminate any possibility of cross-phasing when in use.
- A special design for quick and easy field installation.
- Manufactured and tested in accordance with the QPL requirements of MIL-C-24368 and MIL-C-24368/4.
